The U.S. Bank Center parking garage has two entrances, one on Union Street between 5th and 6th Avenue and one on 6th Avenue between Union and Pike (the second parking garage on your left). Please note: traffic in downtown Seattle can get quite busy. When scheduling your travel time, please keep traffic and garage parking in mind.
Accessing the 30th Floor from the Underground Parking Garage
After parking, take the underground parking elevators to floor 2 (Retail and Office Lobby). Once in the lobby, go to the center bank of elevators to access the 30th floor.
I-5 Northbound
Take the Seneca Street Exit (#165). Turn right onto 6th Avenue. Move into the left lane. Continue on 6th Avenue for 2 ½ blocks. After crossing Union Street, the parking garage will be the second garage entrance on your left (U.S. Bank Center parking garage).
I-5 Southbound
Take the Union Street Exit (#165B). Continue on Union Street for 1 ½ blocks. After crossing 6th Avenue, the parking garage will be on your right in the middle of the block (U.S. Bank Center parking garage).
I-90 Westbound
Take Exit #2C/I-5 North toward Vancouver B.C. Follow signs for Madison St/Convention Place Exit. Turn left onto Madison Street. Turn right onto 6th Avenue. Move into the left lane. Continue on 6th Avenue for 4 ½ blocks. After crossing Union Street, the parking garage will be the second garage entrance on your left (U.S. Bank Center parking garage).
